Patient Billing

Every effort is made to keep dental care costs down by tailoring your treatment to your needs.  We expect payment at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made through our office.  Statements are rendered monthly with full payments due before the next billing period.  A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to all unpaid balances.  We accept the following forms of payment:

•Payment at the time of service by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express

•Monthly billed accounts payable in full upon receipt

•Other payment plans arranged through our office
